BPU (British Powerlifting Union) - UK Finals 3rd place (90kg weight class)
Since turning 40, I'm more injured, battered from the heavy triples and singles, and I want a new chapter: Men's physique
Brutal but motivational quote by Jim Wendler - author of 531I trained 531 "Boring but big" (slightly modified) for over 8 years. That caused me to have a narrow powerlifting type physique. I rarely did over head press or chins, mostly bench, squat, deadlift - repeat.

About Kishore Naib (Kit Naib)
Kishore founded the e-commerce company Watch Shop in 2007 and exited in 2014 after an acquisition by Watches of Switzerland at the age of 34. Watch Shop was a medium sized enterprise (£44 million sales) and was one of the UK's fasted growing companies, doubling turnover every year.
After leaving Watch Shop Kishore did a few coding projects but decided to follow his true and first passion: Lifting and bodybuilding.
